What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the first 30 days of the Warranty Period, Baltic Essentials will replace (one time), at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. During the next 60 days of the Warranty Period, Baltic Essentials will replace (one time if not previously replaced) products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, with the cost of shipping & handling. During the rest of the Warranty Period, Baltic Essentials will replace products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, at 40% off the price on https://www.balticessentials.com and the cost of shipping & handling.

What will we do to correct problems?

Baltic Essentials will replace the Product (one time) at no charge during the first 30 days, at the cost of shipping & handling during the next 60 days (one time if not previously replaced), and will issue a 40% off coupon to https://www.balticessentials.com during the remaining terms of the warranty (customer to pay shipping & handling).

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Baltic Essentials Products purchased from Baltic Essentials is a lifetime limited warranty. A replacement item assumes the warranty policy for post-90 days. For products purchased not directly on our site, first contact the place of purchase. If you are unable to warranty your item through the place of purchase, proof of purchase must be provided to enjoy the Limited Warranty mentioned above. Additional shipping costs will be applied if not purchased directly from our site.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Lost or stolen items. Items that are damaged or broken and are unable to be returned (thrown away).
