Baltic Essentials Exchange or Return Policy

Here is some general information on our exchange process...
- you may use just one return label for all! Each return label costs postage. Please only print one. 

~As part of our money back guarantee, we will exchange your item within 30 days. You must provide the order number used to place the order. Alternatively, we may be able to look your order up based on name or email address.
For nebulizers & specialty items (Custom, Silver or Gold Clasps, Surprise), please refer to our policy here. Many of these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
 ~We do not reimburse shipping costs. Further, we do not allow exchanges on special orders.
~Only one exchange is allowed per item.
~Holiday Purchases made between November 15 and December 15 may return or exchange  until January 14 of the following year. We may need to manually print & send a return label during this time. If your item was a gift, you must show proof of purchase via packaging along with the name, email address, or order number given to the purchaser of the gift.

For Exchanges due to size and color, a shipping label may not be used.

Please be sure to include your order number!

If your item was delivered to the wrong address, lost, or stolen - Please contact your local post immediately. You may leave a note in your mailbox for your postman or you can visit your local post office. Please have them check via GPS where the item was left and help to locate it. If it was delivered to the wrong address, please ask them to retrieve it.

Handling of Returns - Returns and Exchanges are handled as they arrive but may take up to 5 days to process. Please ensure that all information is inside the package to expedite the process. Name, Email address, Order number, If you prefer a return or exchange. If exchange, which item to exchange for including size.

IF YOUR ITEM IS BROKEN - we **may** not need you to return it. Please email us: with a photo of the break and your order number.

~For exchanges:

Return the necklace or bracelet to the address listed above and mark EXCHANGE on the package.
    Inside, please include:
1) Order number
2) NEW item you wish to have in exchange: Polished or Raw
3) Size you need to have, in exchange: 5.5", 7", 11", 12.5", 16", 22", etc. Color for exchange: Milk, Lemon, Honey, Cognac, Multi, etc. Please be sure the size you are requesting is within the same price point as the one you purchased. Substitutions may be made if you choose a size much larger than what was purchased.
4) Once you have it in the mail, please email us and let us know and we can advance the item to you!

How to Measure: Measure the necklace where you'd like it to fit. For babies under the age of 3, fit snug to the neck with 2 fingers inside, pressed against the neck line. Use a string and add .75" for the clasp. ie, if your babies neck is 9", you would need at least 9.75 (11" is recommended). If it is 11", you'll need at least 11.75" (12.5" is recommended), etc. Older than 3, put the string on the child, teen, or adult as if it were a necklace, where you'd like it to fit. Now add .75 inches and this is the size. measure the same for a bracelet but fit close to the wrist regardless of age.

Please be sure to bubble wrap the necklace or use a bubble mailer. If the item arrives in a broken condition due to not being wrapped, we can not refund the item.

How to size your item you need. Using a string, measure around the neck where you wish to have the item fall. Send the exact string to us (we'll add .75 inches) OR, measure the string, adding .75 inches and give us that number! We'll go to the next size up when exchanging. For instance, if you need 13" but we only carry 14", we'll send the 14". If you need 15" but we only carry 12.5" or 17", we'll contact you about special ordering or a replacement style.

Is your necklace a bit too small?
You can gently stretch about .75 - 1.25 inches. Pulling bead to bead gently but not at the clasp pull evenly around the necklace. Is your item too big? You can tie a literal knot in the necklace to shorten it.

Need an inch?
If you hate the idea of sending your necklace back or stretching it and just need 1-1.5 inches, we have extenders here

After 30 days, we are no longer able to return or exchange the item. 

Most babies respond to amber within 30 minutes. Adults may take 1-2 weeks. Hazelwood & semi-precious, typically 3-4 days. However, some stubborn cases of any of the above will take 2 weeks!
