Taking a Closer Look at Your Diet

They say that we are what we eat, and there is a great deal of truth to that. These days it can be hard to eat healthy for a number of reasons.   • Garlic, Onions, and Leeks – The trio are part of the allium family and have been shown to reduce cartilage damaging enzymes
